ORGANIZING YOUR ARRIVAL

Flight Information

Flight reservations

Before reserving your flight to Paris, check carefully the starting date of your academic year (see the academic calendar). Take in consideration the delay to obtain your visa.

Confirming arrival date

All international students must inform the International Office of the date and time of their arrival in France.

We strongly advise students to arrive at least one week before their studies begin to get settled in. Students must, in any case, be present on the first day of classes.

In case of a delay in obtaining a visa, the student must inform the Admissions Office and ask the Head of Studies the authorization to start their courses later. The school reserves the right to refuse authorization.
