Cybersecurity consists of evaluating and defending oneself against the incoming and outgoing risks of a computer system by considering all its software and technological hardware bricks. Admittedly, an IT solution is used to improve or provide new services, but at the same time it gives potential attackers, with various motivations, new possibilities to access, consult, modify or damage sensitive information. As part of this major in cybersecurity, engineering students will acquire expertise and specialization in Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Software (CIL).
