Flight reservations

Before reserving your flight to Paris, check carefully the starting date of your academic year (see the academic calendar). Take in consideration the delay to obtain your visa.

Access to Efrei Paris’ campus from several Parisian airports:

  • Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take RER B to Châtelet-les-Halles and metro line 7 to the final stop Villejuif – Louis Aragon.
  • Orly Airport: Take tram 7 at the Orly Sud terminal to final stop Villejuif – Louis Aragon (30 min direct commute to Efrei Paris).
  • Beauvais Airport: The airport is located 60 km north of Paris. Take the shuttle bus towards Porte Mailot. Take metro line 1 to Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre and take line 7 to the final stop Villejuif – Louis Aragon.

Confirming arrival date

All international students must inform the International Office of the date and time of their arrival in France.

We strongly advise students to arrive at least one week before their studies begin to get settled in. Students must, in any case, be present on the first day of classes.

In case of a delay in obtaining a visa, the student must inform the Admissions Office and ask the Head of Studies the authorization to start their courses later. The school reserves the right to refuse authorization.

Airport pick-up

Several companies provide airport transfers. Students can book their transfer online

Efrei Paris international student association also organizes a free pick-up service for international students.

In order to take advantage of this service, international students must send their request to the student association at least 15 days before their arrival.

The student association will confirm the possibility of pick-up depending on the arrival date and association’s members availability.
